Conquest Endurance is the newest division of Conquest Racing, which 1991 Indy Lights champion and Indianapolis 500 veteran Eric Bachelart formed in 1997 to compete in North American major open-wheel racing. The Indianapolis-based team has competed in the IZOD IndyCar Series, Champ Car World Series, Champ Car Atlantic series and Indy Lights for the last 15 seasons, working with drivers such as Justin Wilson, Alex Tagliani, Thomas Scheckter, Bertrand Baguette, Mario Haberfeld, Felipe Giaffone, Laurent Redon, Sebastian Saavedra and others. Conquest Endurance will field an LMP2 entry in the 2012 American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patron, driven by Martin Plowman and David Heinemeier Hansson. The team has also formed a partnership with Andretti Autosport to field an IndyCar for Ana Beatriz at the 2012 Indy 500. Conquest Endurance is also the official North American importer and distributor of the Morgan LMP2 car.
